The Federation of African Immunological Societies bridges immunology societies from African countries. The activities of FAIS are intended to complement those of other similar organisations. Any Africa-based country's immunological society may join. Currently, Cameroon, Congo, Egypt, The Gambia, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Tunisia and Zimbabwe are represented in FAIS. The FAIS constitution is undergoing amendments.
