The Congress was held in Marrakech in the prestigious Savoy Grand Hotel. This event organized by the Moroccan Society of Surgery and the Moroccan Society of Digestive Surgery, was for professors, doctors and students an opportunity not to be missed to improve and perfect their knowledge in the various surgical fields. More than 500 renowned surgeons from Morocco and abroad were present to share their knowledge through plenaries, workshops and Continuing Medical Training sessions. Clinical cases, delayed lives and videos were also presented to inform delegates of new recommendations and recent news of the specialty.
