The impossibility of establishing a communicative link necessary for the understanding and acceptance of care provides for failure, to put it differently, it is the inadequacy between the mode of expression of the disability whatever it is and the proposed support which is responsible for the rupture or the impossibility of the care relationship. The consultations dedicated to patients with disabilities, who have failed to receive care in the ordinary environment, are opening here and there in France, as if it were obvious... the pitfall of an inclusive formalism disconnected from reality is receding, and it was consubstantially leading to exclusion.
