Each year, ASN's Scientific Sessions Program Committee works with the Research Interest Sections and other groups to confirm abstract categories for the coming year. The abstracts submitted to the ASN categories are programmed as oral sessions (mini-symposia) and poster sessions (on the exhibit floor).
