The year 2022 marks the 3rd year of life under the seal of the pandemic. However, these few months have seen some remarkable initiatives emerge in institutions. They redefine the limits of what is acceptable, weaving a delicate link between freedom of innovation and respect for the framework. Ethical exchanges between professionals and the consideration of the people cared for and their families encourage new practices, new ways of envisaging life "together" and invite us to reinterrogate the notion of transgression. Is it necessary to be transgressive to be attractive? This is the theme we have chosen to guide us throughout this year 2022. No more "it's not possible", "it's forbidden", "we can't". Let's work together so that the rule does not become an insurmountable barrier, so that the norm adapts to the lives, needs and realities of residents and professionals alike, with humanity, empathy and respect.
