In July 2026, Algiers will host the first edition of the Algero-African Congress on the Evolution of Practices and Medico-Surgical Innovation (CAEPIM). Organized by ABBC – DPC Medical Training School, this event aims to become a pan-African reference platform, bringing together African and international experts to advance medico-surgical practices adapted to the realities of the continent.
Over two days, the congress will highlight recent advances and innovations in digestive surgery, bariatric and metabolic surgery, biliopancreatic surgery, colorectal surgery, wound care management, and breast cancer. Through oral, poster, and video presentations, CAEPIM promotes knowledge transfer, experience sharing, and the development of sustainable professional collaborations.
