The 3rd European Conference of Health Workforce Education & Research took place virtually, online with the support of our hosts at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (Coláiste Ríoga na Máinleá in Éirinn) on Thursday 7th and Friday 8th January 2021. The event took place across multiple time zones (and was streamed live on YouTube) which enabled many of our members to attend. Hosted in collaboration with the RCSI Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery, the International Network for Health Workforce Education holds the conference promoted interdisciplinary co-operation and critical understanding of the latest research in the field of health workforce education, research, training and development. The event brought together over 200 researchers, educators, trainers and policy makers from around the world.
