The interest of this Congress on the assessment of age-related fragility and the prevention of the loss of autonomy in PARIS is to discuss new knowledge and current experiences aimed at: • identify fragile / pre-fragile patients in general practice and in the community, • establish platforms for assessing fragility and preventing dependence • Defining the long-term gerontological interventions needed to have a real impact, in particular the impact of physical exercise, new technologies, nutrition, etc.
